Shipping and Payment Terms

1. Shipping costs and information:

By default, we only ship to the countries listed below. Orders are shipped with DHL; very large orders may be shipped by freight forwarder. Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the shipment (including packaging) and are shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order. If you order several items, they are shipped together and shipping is charged only once, based on the total weight. The exception is Great Britain, where shipping costs depend on the order value (see below). (As of 15.10.2026, all prices incl. VAT.)

If you would like delivery to another country, please email us at support@animalracing.de before ordering, stating the item, quantity and delivery address including country and postcode. We will let you know promptly whether shipping is possible and what it costs.

Shipments over 31.5 kg are split into several parcels: up to 63 kg €41.90, up to 94.5 kg €62.90.

Delivery within Germany is only possible to the German mainland.

Shipping to Great Britain (United Kingdom)

Delivery to Great Britain is possible from an order value of €170 (approx. £145, excluding shipping). Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Great Britain for lower order values. Shipping costs depend on the order value:

Import VAT, any customs duties and carrier fees are charged on delivery in Great Britain and are payable by the recipient.

Different shipping costs may apply to individual bulky items; these are shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are payable by you. These include, for example, bank transfer costs (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g. customs duties). Payment information

We offer the following payment methods for deliveries within Germany and abroad:

1. Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay)
2. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
3. PayPal
4. Klarna (depending on country and Klarna's assessment: invoice payable within 30 days, payment in 3 instalments or immediate payment)
5. Prepayment by bank transfer

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.

1. Credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

Payments are processed by our payment service provider Shopify Payments. The invoice amount is authorised when you complete your order and charged to your card or stored payment method.

2. PayPal

Pay via the payment service provider PayPal using the details stored in your PayPal account. Select PayPal when ordering; you will be redirected to PayPal, where you log in and confirm the payment. You can also start the payment directly via the PayPal button in the cart. More information at www.paypal.com/de.

3. Klarna

If you pay with Klarna, you will be redirected to Klarna at checkout, where you choose your preferred payment option. An existing Klarna account is not required; depending on the payment option, Klarna may ask you to log in or register, or to link your bank account. Invoice and instalment payments require a positive assessment by Klarna; for this purpose your data is transmitted to Klarna as part of the order. 4. Prepayment by bank transfer

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, quoting the payment reference. We will send you our bank details and the payment reference by email after your order. Your order will be shipped once payment has been received.
