Shipping policy

Shipping and Payment Terms

Shipping costs and information:

By default, shipping of the goods is only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the scope of your order, shipping is carried out via DHL or by freight forwarder. You can find the respective shipping costs in the table provided below.

If you would like shipping to another country, please write us an e-mail before placing an order (insert e-mail address) and please tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and – should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible – inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to inquire about the shipping option and the costs in advance with our shipping partner.

Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within the German mainland, we charge a flat rate of 13 euros per order. Shipping is only possible within the German mainland.

Shipping outside Germany

We deliver to the following countries:

The shipping costs within the EU amount to a flat rate of 29 euros per order.

The shipping costs to Liechtenstein, Switzerland, United Kingdom amount to a flat rate of 39 euros per order.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases, which we are not responsible for and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). III. Detailed information on the individual payment options

Advance payment by bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, stating the payment reference, conveniently within 7 days. We will inform you of our bank details and the payment reference separately by e-mail within the scope of order processing.

Klarna

We currently do not offer payment via Klarna.

Sofort: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.

Direct debit: The debit takes place after shipping of the goods. The time will be communicated to you by e-mail. (Please only list payment methods here that are also offered by you.)

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks within the scope of the initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check. PayPal

Pay via the payment service provider PayPal and use the information stored in your PayPal customer account, without having to re-enter your payment information. When placing an order, select the PayPal payment method. After you have placed the order with "Order with obligation to pay", a new PayPal window opens and there you can log in to PayPal with your stored login and your PayPal password and confirm the payment. Direct debit via PayPal Plus:

After transmission of your bank details and a corresponding direct debit authorization, our payment provider PayPal debits the invoice amount from your bank account. Please ensure that you transmit your bank details to us correctly within the scope of the ordering process and that your account has the necessary funds. No PayPal account is required for this.

Credit card via PayPal Plus:

Pay conveniently by credit card. Our payment provider PayPal accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. No PayPal account is required for this.

Delivery on account via PayPal Plus:

After receipt of the invoice, transfer the amount to be paid by you to our payment provider PayPal within the payment period specified in the invoice to the bank account specified in the invoice. No PayPal account is required for this.
